Hi Dugsie

Could you put it on the open Carer Watch Testimony site so that non-members can read it too and it's available to the the general public, media and politicians? If you put in the Testimonies people could add to it.

You have the good ideas. You are needed, you do realise that, don't you ?

In theory I could put it there, but in practice I can't. I'm not even sure exactly where you mean.

I can't even put it on this site without re-typing the whole thing.

I have put it on the Compass site and the Red Pepper site, as well as the Carer Watch forum.

Although anyone can read it on the Compass site, you would have to sign in to read it on Red Pepper and on the Carer Watch forum.

In this modern world it is a lonely road to follow for the technically illiterate like me. Nobody loves us. Nobody cares.

Parsifal

If I click on 'post' I open one window. I don't see any way of opening a second one.

Look under "Testimonies" and "Failure of the Care System...", I've put it on the CW public site for you both as a testimony and as a campaign in the "Campaigns" section, I hope it's the correct post from the forum. I can't put it on here as a post because you have your own unique log-in. To open two windows simply open Windows Explorer twice, i.e. click to open it in the normal way and then repeat, you can transfer from your CW forum entry onto here.

How clever you are.

If only. I hope that it was what you wanted. I'm at my mother's home, just got her laptop, which she insists doesn't work properly so she can't go online, to work, it does help if you connect the laptop to a telephone line. That's not clever you just check the error message and then possible causes starting with the leads until you find a solution. I'm a great believer in trial and error or, more hopefully, trial and success, it's how I taught myself to use a computer, they're far less likely to crash through a mistake than we imagine to be the case so why not just mess about and try to get the Charter on here, you will succeed.

Just testing to see if copying works and then I can transfer the charter over for you.
